The scope of the project is the ” ELECTRONIC SYSTEM INSTALLATION LOCATION AND CONTROL OF LEAKAGES IN THE INTERNAL NETWORKS OF DEYAVA – PHASE A “.<\/p>

The procurement shall include the design, construction, functionality checks at the Control Center, third party testing, delivery to the site of the procurement, unloading and storage at this site, moving and lifting, construction, testing, supply and commissioning of all equipment described in the text and drawings and the required interface work with the existing facility as specified in the Technical Specifications.\u03a3\u03c5\u03b3\u03ba\u03b5\u03ba\u03c1\u03b9\u03bc\u03ad\u03bd\u03b1, \u03c0\u03c1\u03bf\u03b2\u03bb\u03ad\u03c0\u03b5\u03c4\u03b1\u03b9:<\/p>

Supply, installation and commissioning of a system of Local Consumption Control Stations (LCCS) consisting of:<\/strong><\/p>

  • Five hundred (500) TSEK meters, up to DN20\/ \/ \u2265R400 (MID), with integrated communication device and data logger.<\/li>
  • One hundred (100) TSEK meters, up to DN32\/ \/ \u2265R160 (MID), with external communication device and data logger.<\/li>
  • Ten (10) TSEK meters, up to DN50\/ \/ \u2265R160 (MID), with external communication device and data logger<\/li>
  • A wireless network system consisting of gateways, antennas, masts, etc. for the wireless transmission of water meter data to the Central Control Station.<\/li>
  • Software for receiving, recording and processing the data of the metering equipment including the Application Server to receive the information and the Network server to manage the communication between the gateway units and the metering equipment.<\/li>
  • The Development and Configuration of the above Application and Commissioning of the System.<\/li><\/ul>

    Supply, installation and commissioning of pressure regulating devices at specific points in the network consisting of:<\/strong><\/p>

    • One (1) local pressure regulating station (LPRS) consisting of an automatic pressure regulator, the pressure regulating valve (PRV), the flow meter up to DN100 of electromagnetic type with battery, the pressure gauges and the associated connection equipment.<\/li>
    • Two (2) local pressure measuring stations (LPS) consisting of logging controllers with data transmission, the pressure gauges and the associated connection equipment.<\/li>
    • Services for the creation of an isolated water supply zone for the water supply network of Platanias beach.<\/li><\/ul>

      Supply and installation, at selected extreme locations of the Platanias beach network (within the zone), of two (2) residual chlorine measurement stations<\/strong> coded with the designation TSYX (Local Residual Chlorine Station).<\/p>

      • Supply of portable equipment for the needs for the detection of hidden leaks<\/strong> including portable noise recorders (noiseloggers), portable leak detection device, portable electronic acoustic leak detector (Gaiophone), portable listening rod, portable service line acoustic leak detection system, portable flow meter and ferromagnetic object detection device.<\/li>
      • Supply, installation and commissioning of a Central Control System (CCS)<\/strong> that aims to collect all data from local facilities and process them in a comprehensive manner for the purpose of immediate and comprehensive presentation of water balances, system management under water scarcity, data analysis for stock management, strategy formulation, demand forecasting, decision support and water resources operation rules. It is also foreseen to procure a Portable Control and Planning Station (PC) with a laptop computer, which will enclose all the facilities and subsystems, with the aim of operating the facilities from a second supervision parallel to that of the CSC.<\/li>
      • Training of the Agency’s staff and written documentation<\/strong><\/li>
      • Trial operation of the complete system offered for a period of two months<\/strong><\/li>
      • Guarantee of good functioning, at least for two years.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
